If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item if it is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of its status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You can expect to receive the refund within 7 days of receipt, processed via EFT.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
