Any images and completed designs you upload to the website are used to create your product. These images and designs will be used occasionally for social media posts – if you would like us to abstain from using them, please notify us by email.
Contact Forms, Account Information, and Delivery/Order Information:
Information you supply during the account registration process or during a product order process is used to complete the production and delivery of your order. Contact form information is used to get in touch with you to resolve your enquiry. All information you supply will remain confidential. The information contained therein will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless a crime has been committed, and we are compelled by law enforcement authorities (in possession of a warrant) to share that information with them.
Credit Card Payments:
Bank account details submitted as part of credit card payments are encrypted via our payment gateway Payfast.
All Payfast payment services are encrypted via an SSL certificate provided by Thawte. Payfast is also a PCI compliant gateway complying with the most stringent standards in the industry required by all major banks. To protect you, Payfast is forcing 3D-secure transactions for each transaction, whether by credit card or instant EFT. With 3D-secure, the customer must validate the transaction using the OTP sent by the bank to their cell phone number.
